The storage of your honey is entirely your own preference but a pantry or cupboard is a good choice. There is no requirement to store your Manuka Honey in the fridge although if you live in a very hot climate you may choose to do so.
You can leave it in a warm area to soften or a cooler area to firm.
Ideally, you will be able to store it in a cool, shaded place like a pantry that is under 20° C or 68° F
